(adapted from Live Food, Live Bodies)
1/3 cup Flax Oil
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 tbs honey
1 tbs fresh minced basil
1 tbs fresh minced tarragon
1 tbs fresh minced oregano
4 cloves garlic (I omit)
1 1/2 tsp Spike or Cajun seasoning
Dash black pepper
Directions: Blend in blender until liquified.
Note: You can substitute fresh parsley and cilantro in place of tarragon and basil
