Sardine Toast Topper

1 can Sardines in water or oil, drained (3.75 oz)
2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp Capers, rinsed and drained
1/4 tsp freshly ground Pepper
fresh whole grain Bread, toasted

Mash together the sardines, lemon juce, capers and pepper in a bowl until well combined. Spread equal amounts of the mixutre over the pieces of toast and serve with lemon wedges for drizzling.
